Terms of Service

Effective date: October 14, 2026

These terms apply to products sold on "QW Studio · Themes & Templates", currently Lintrove — Documentation Theme for Ghost. The seller is QW Studio, an individual seller ("QW Studio", "we", "us"). Contact: hahakendeepp@gmail.com.

Buying

• Purchases are processed by Creem, which is the merchant of record and contractual reseller. Creem handles the transaction with you, takes payment, issues your invoice and handles sales tax or VAT. Creem's Buyer Terms of Service also apply to your purchase.
• Prices are in US dollars. Lintrove costs $39, or $29 during the launch offer. Any applicable tax is added at checkout based on your billing address (Buyer Terms 6.1).
• After payment, you get a download link in your Creem receipt email and in the Creem customer portal.

Licence

Copyright (c) 2026 QW Studio. All rights reserved. A purchase grants a license to use the theme on sites you or your client own. Redistribution or resale of the theme files is not permitted.

In plain terms:

• You may use the theme on an unlimited number of sites that you or your clients own.
• You may modify the theme for those sites.
• You may not redistribute, resell, share or publish the theme files, modified or not. This includes free downloads and public repositories.
• The bundled Prism syntax highlighter is MIT-licensed (see assets/js/PRISM-LICENSE.txt in the theme).
• Ghost is a trademark of the Ghost Foundation. Lintrove is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Ghost Foundation.

Compatibility

Lintrove requires Ghost 6 and has been tested on Ghost 6.70. Known limitations are listed on the product page under "Before you buy". Please read them before purchasing.

Support and updates

We answer support emails. Updates for future Ghost versions are provided at our discretion.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy. In short: All sales are final. If the file is corrupted or the theme can't be installed on Ghost 6, we'll help fix it or refund you. Creem, as Merchant of Record, may also refund under its own rules.

Disclaimer and liability

The products are provided "as is", without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Back up your site before installing a theme. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in the buyer's country.
