Who we are

"QW Studio · Themes & Templates" (this website) is run by QW Studio, an individual seller ("QW Studio", "we", "us"). Contact: hahakendeepp@gmail.com.

Purchases are handled by Creem

Checkout runs on Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ). Creem is the merchant of record and contractual reseller for our products. Creem collects and processes your payment, issues your invoice, and calculates, collects and remits sales tax or VAT (Creem Buyer Terms sections 3.3 and 6; Creem Merchant Terms section 3.3).

• At checkout you give your name, email address, billing address and payment details to Creem, not to us (Buyer Terms 3.2). Creem collects and processes the payment (Merchant Terms 3.3.2).
• Creem processes buyer data as a controller under its own Privacy Notice (Buyer Terms 14.1). Creem shares data with payment service providers to carry out the payment and prevent fraud (Privacy Notice 4.1).
• Creem passes us the order information we need to deliver the product and support you, such as your order details and the name and email address you entered at checkout (Privacy Notice 4.1, "Merchants").
• Your download is delivered through Creem's email receipt and customer portal (Creem File Downloads).

What we collect ourselves

• Emails you send us. If you write to hahakendeepp@gmail.com, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply, provide support and handle refunds. Our mailbox is hosted by Google (Gmail).
• Order records from Creem (see above). We use them to deliver products, provide support, handle refunds and chargebacks, and keep business records.

That is all. This website has no analytics, no advertising, no cookies, no newsletter and no contact form.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the pages, Cloudflare processes technical data about each visit, which may include your IP address, traffic routing data and system configuration information. It does this as a service provider for site owners. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy, sections 2 ("End Users") and 6.

We have not enabled Cloudflare Web Analytics. On Cloudflare Pages it is switched on per project (Cloudflare docs). If we switch it on, we will update this page first.

Our products

Our themes send no data to us. They have no telemetry, no analytics and no licence check. The Lintrove theme stores one setting (light or dark mode, key "hb-scheme") in your visitors' browser localStorage. It stays in their browser. When you install a theme on your own site, you are responsible for your own visitors' privacy.

How long we keep data

We keep support emails and order records for 3 years, unless the law requires a different period.

Your rights

Email hahakendeepp@gmail.com to ask for a copy of, a correction to or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. For data held by Creem, see Creem's Privacy Notice or contact Creem.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
